Darrow worked at KSNV-TV in Las Vegas and KGUN-TV in Tucson before working for KPIX. He broadcast various topics, including the opioid crisis and border issues. He held d one-on-one interviews with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris during the 2020 Presidential Election.
